Bromsgrove Carnival 2006

We had a stall at the Bromsgrove `walking` carnival with a tombola, raffle and Vodka & tonic game.

The carnival in held in aid of the Princess trust of which all stall holdrs have to give 10% of their takings,

Another lovely sunny day to draw in the crowds, the only black spot ( if you could call it that ) of the day was England were playing their quarter final stage with portugal, so most people were leaving early to watch the match. I was glad England was not playing Holland that day, otherwise i`m sure we would not have done so much business !!!

Non-the-less we had a good day and raised a total of £201 after giving £25 to the Princesses trust.

Also a big thank you to Sandra who helped us on the day

Time for a quick cuppa before it all starts

Town cryer leading the `walking parade`

This year the organisers decided to be enviromentally friendly and not use floats and have everyone on foot.
